Our Return Philosophy

To maintain the integrity of our collections and ensure that every client receives a brand- new, untouched piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, your satisfaction is our priority. Should your piece arrive in a condition that is less than exceptional, please contact our concierge at support@inggemsntreasures.ca within 48hours of delivery.
