If your piece isn't quite right, you can exchange it within 14-days of delivery as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. Simply  cover the return postage, and I'll ship your replacement to you free.

Damaged or not as described?

Send me a photo within 7-days of delivery and I'll make it right through repair, replacement, or refund, whichever is most fitting.

Please note:

• Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

• Final-sale pieces (marked as such on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
