How do I find my ring size?

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Then match it to a size chart. If you are between sizes or unsure, please message me before ordering and I will gladly measure the piece for you.

How do bracelet and necklace lengths work?

Each listing states its length.

For bracelets, measure your wrist and allow a little room for comfort.

For necklaces, 16" sits at the collarbone, 18" just below it, and 20" at the neckline.

What materials do you use?

Each listing names its materials, such as stones, metals and finishes are all detailed on the product page, so the piece you receive is as described.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Please keep your piece dry, put it on after applying perfume and lotions, and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing. You will find full details on my Care & Longevity page (www.inggemsntreasures.ca/care-and-longevity).

Do you take custom requests?

I welcome a good idea! Please send it to me through the contact page ( www.inggemsntreasures.ca/contact ) and we can discuss what is possible.

What is your returns policy?

14-day exchanges on unworn pieces in original condition. You cover the return postage and I ship a replacement free.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please send a photo within 7-days and I will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Earrings are excluded from exchanges for hygiene reasons, unless damaged.
